The apartment itself was simply stunning, with a beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. We loved the spaciousness and variety of seating areas, as well as the well-equipped kitchen. The photos online really don't capture its true beauty. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything. And the little playground area in the courtyard was a delightful surprise, perfect for some relaxation.
One thing to note is that the apartment is located on a busy road, so the rooms facing the front can be a bit noisy with traffic passing by. we did experience some noise from a party happening above us late into the night, which was a bit disruptive.

We had a fantastic time staying at Aaboulevard. Our spacious apartment in a beautiful heritage building was perfect for our visit. The large kitchen, dining, and living rooms, along with the two bathrooms, provided all the comfort and space we needed. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the city and public transportation. Additionally, we loved the convenient access to parking and the option to explore the city by bike.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Excellent location, near subway and shopping. Spacious apartment with 2 modern bathrooms and big kitchen. Quiet bedrooms despite busy avenue. Close to central tourist spots and parking garage. Some restaurants within walking distance.

The decor of the apartment was simply charming, with beautiful furniture and lovely paintings on the walls. It made me feel like I was stepping into a cozy home away from home. The general areas of the apartment were well-maintained and clean, and it was easy to navigate around, especially for senior people like myself. The stairs, although a bit challenging, had sturdy handrails that provided support and security as I made my way up and down.
I would have appreciated a more attentive and helpful staff during my stay. The children working there seemed a bit disinterested and could have been more proactive in addressing any concerns or questions.

The Åboulevard Apartment is absolutely amazing! The fully equipped kitchen made me feel right at home, and the city views from the apartment were breathtaking. The free wifi was a great bonus too. As a business traveler, this apartment provided everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Personally, I found the two private bathrooms with showers a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The main doorbell and doorbell in the apartment were unreliable, causing some initial frustration during check-in.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to all the main attractions. Guests appreciate the beautiful building and its proximity to a supermarket, making their stay more convenient. the apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable accommodation option for families. the presence of a small children's play area in the garden adds to the overall appeal. the apartment offers a puzzle-like layout with multiple doors, creating an exciting experience for kids.
The lack of an available lift in the building can pose difficulties with heavy luggage or elderly parents, making it challenging to navigate the three floors.
